Felt truly looked after, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. We were just a short walk away from the M&S Arena, where we enjoyed a fantastic show. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, so we had no trouble finding a good place to eat. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the docks. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast options were a bit limited compared to what we were expecting.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express were friendly and cute. They were really good too ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. When I had an issue with the heating in my room upon arrival, they quickly sorted it out and made sure I was warm and cozy. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with fine views over the Albert Dock to the iconic Liver Building. I was able to easily explore the city and visit the famous Liverpool One shops, bars, and restaurants. The interior of the hotel, being in a refurbished warehouse, had a unique and interesting vibe. The spacious and clean rooms provided excellent value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to bus stops, shops, and museums. The location was perfect, right on the dock and only minutes away from the city centre. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a wide selection of options. Additionally, we enjoyed the beautiful view of the dock from the bar area. We would definitely stay here again.

The dark room with cold temperatures and no clear instructions on how to warm it. However, everything else was more than satisfactory.

Despite being in the heart of the action, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and there was no noise outside at all.
